Spark 是 Sky（原 MakerDAO）生态的借贷和储蓄板块。基于 Aave v3 的 SparkLend 按 Sky 治理设定的利率出借 USDS 和 DAI，Spark Savings 则把 Sky 储蓄利率传递给存款人。

- 地区封锁： 有报道。app.spark.finance answers HTTP 403 with a geo-block notice to some countries; the app's own /ip/status check (api-v2.spark.finance) returns the country and a VPN flag for the list in the code. The countries are those of the live probe (see the observations; 2026-10-12: 18 of 61, among them UA, RU, BY, IR, CU, SY, VE, AF, LB). 2023 reports: 'Accessing this website via VPN is not allowed', US block. 封锁国家：美国、乌克兰、俄罗斯、白俄罗斯、叙利亚、委内瑞拉、古巴、伊朗、缅甸、阿富汗、利比亚、黎巴嫩、南苏丹、也门、津巴布韦、尼加拉瓜、刚果（金）、中非共和国、马里。
