Jumper (LI.FI)

- 地区封锁： 是。Cloudflare refuses the whole site (and api.jumper.xyz) with its block page, without geo wording; the countries are those of the live probe (see the observations; 2026-10-12: CU, IR, SY, the only ones of 62 refused, so a country rule). 封锁国家：伊朗、古巴、叙利亚。
- 功能限制： 是。RWA-based Jumper Earn opportunities (the pages under /earn/<campaign>): the app asks api.jumper.xyz/v1/geo-gates which gates apply to the visitor's country (Cloudflare geolocation) and replaces the gated pages with 'Access unavailable in your region'. The country list is the gates' own Countries field (2026-10-12); the live probe confirms the gate from 13 of 62 countries, the other three are refused by Cloudflare before the API answers. 受影响国家：美国、阿富汗、白俄罗斯、加拿大、古巴、伊朗、朝鲜、利比亚、缅甸、俄罗斯、索马里、南苏丹、苏丹、叙利亚、乌克兰。
