Jumper (LI.FI)
Jumper is a cross-chain swap and bridge aggregator powered by LI.FI. It compares bridges and DEXs to move and swap assets between EVM chains, Solana, Bitcoin and Sui in a single flow.
Rating C: 17 restrictions: 15 countries + Feature Block, Wallet screening. Bridge / aggregator · Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base, Optimism, Polygon, BNB Chain, Avalanche, Gnosis, Linea, Scroll, zkSync, 30+ more.
Official app: jumper.xyz. Frontend code: github.com/jumperexchange/jumper-exchange.
Restrictions
- Geo Block: yes. Cloudflare refuses the whole site (and api.jumper.xyz) with its block page, without geo wording; the countries are those of the live probe (see the observations; 2026-10-12: CU, IR, SY, the only ones of 62 refused, so a country rule). Blocked countries: Iran, Cuba, Syria.
- Feature Block: yes. RWA-based Jumper Earn opportunities (the pages under /earn/<campaign>): the app asks api.jumper.xyz/v1/geo-gates which gates apply to the visitor's country (Cloudflare geolocation) and replaces the gated pages with 'Access unavailable in your region'. The country list is the gates' own Countries field (2026-10-12); the live probe confirms the gate from 13 of 62 countries, the other three are refused by Cloudflare before the API answers. Affected countries: United States, Afghanistan, Belarus, Canada, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Libya, Myanmar (Burma), Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine.
- Wallet screening: yes. LI.FI API (li.quest): /v1/quote for an SDN address -> HTTP 422. Where it runs: API. Fail mode: n/a.
- VPN / Tor detection: ToS only.
- Terms of Service: jumper.xyz/terms-of-business, Last updated client-side date (unreliable). BY, CI, Crimea, CU, DPR, IR, IQ, Kherson, LR, LY, LPR, MM, KP, RU, SD, SY, VE, Zaporizhzhia.
Notes
Frontend code is clean; routes come from the LI.FI API, which screens addresses (LI.FI's ToS also excludes US persons). URL note: jumper.exchange -> 302.
Live checks
- LI.FI /v1/quote: SDN fromAddress -> 422, control -> quote OK
