Lido V3 (stVaults)
Lido stVaults 是以太坊上 Lido V3 的核心：机构、节点运营商和协议可以通过独立的质押金库选择自己的验证者配置，并以质押的 ETH 铸造 stETH。金库所有者在 stVaults 应用中创建和注资金库，并管理 stETH 的铸造与提取。

Wallet screening runs through the shared Lido validation API; there is no geo-IP code. Vault limits (paused deposits, jailed vaults) come from the protocol contracts.
