- 地区封锁： 是。universe.kelpdao.xyz/rseth/geoData answers isRestricted=true for the visitor's IP and the app shows 'Not available in your region'. The countries are those of the live probe (see the observations; 2026-10-12: 16 of 61, among them US, GB, CA, IR, CU, SY, VE). 封锁国家：美国、加拿大、英国、白俄罗斯、叙利亚、委内瑞拉、古巴、缅甸、利比亚、津巴布韦、刚果（金）。
