Stargate is a cross-chain liquidity transfer protocol built on LayerZero. It moves native assets such as USDC, USDT and ETH between EVM chains using unified liquidity pools.

• Feature Block: yes. USDC transfers over Circle CCTP: the app first asks Circle's CCTP API (iris-api.circle.com/v1/publicKeys) and, when it does not answer, refuses the route with 'CCTP transfers are not available in your region'. Circle answers 403 'Lockout' to Ukrainian IPs (3 networks tested on 2026-10-12); other routes stay available. Affected countries: Ukraine.

Notes

Closed frontend. The CCTP route depends on Circle's API being reachable from the visitor's location.
