POST /bapi/futures/v1/public/future/web3/common-check-ip returns {isBlocked, orderLimit, country}: isBlocked refuses the wallet connection ("Service not available in your region"), orderLimit leaves only closing positions and withdrawals. The countries are those of the live probe (see the observations; 2026-10-12: isBlocked in BY, CD, CU, IQ, IR, SD, SS, SY, ZW; orderLimit, that is close-only, in the US); the Terms name 11 Prohibited Jurisdictions. Blocked countries: Belarus, Syria, Iran, Cuba, South Sudan, Zimbabwe, Congo - Kinshasa, Sudan. Close-only countries: United States.

Closed frontend. The IP check is a public API call the app makes before connecting a wallet; the answer names the country but the mapping of countries to isBlocked and orderLimit is server-side. The IP check answered isBlocked:false and orderLimit:false from Singapore, Brazil and France on 2026-10-12.
